A Group Trip is generally considered 8 or more rooms booked together at the same place on the same date. It's that simple. If you can convince just a few more people to join you, then you could qualify for additional group discounts.
Group Cruises
You should begin planning your Group cruise at least six months to one year in advance. Most cruise lines have their schedules out almost two years in advance. This gives you plenty of time to:
- Lock in Early Booking Discounts and Group Rates.
- Give notice for everyone to clear their schedules.
- Secure staterooms in desired categories and locations.
- Ensure your preferred Dining Times.
- Collect minimum deposits and allow group members. to make payments on their cruises if they prefer.
Resort Packages
A Group Stay at an All-Inclusive Resort is generally 5-10 rooms.
Booking group travel is common for couples, singles, girls trips, weddings, school trips, sports teams, religious groups, family reunions, class reunions, social clubs, fraternity & sorority, corporate or meeting events, wine, supper & book clubs, bowling leagues or community/non-profit groups (fundraisers), and so many more...
